1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Cine GO, offered by MV Desenv. e Assessoria em Sistemas Ltda (trading name Beptus Tech), CNPJ 36.086.663/0001-18 ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Account

You sign in with your Google or Apple account and you are responsible for what happens in it. Anyone under 18 needs the permission of their parents or guardians to use the app and to subscribe to PRO. Usernames and photos may not impersonate another person or be offensive.

3. The service

Cine GO recommends movies and series using artificial intelligence, based on your ratings and preferences and those of the people who watch with you. It also lets you build your list, follow friends and, on the PRO plan, chat with the AI about titles. We may change, improve or discontinue features.

4. AI-generated content

Recommendations, explanations and chat answers are generated automatically and may contain errors (synopses, cast, streaming availability). They are suggestions, not guarantees. Check important information at the source.

5. Free plan and ads

On the free plan, each generation of recommendations is unlocked by a rewarded ad, and the app shows other ads. There is a daily limit on generations.

6. PRO plan

• PRO is a monthly or annual subscription, sold and billed by Google Play or the App Store, at the price shown in the store at the time of purchase.
• It renews automatically until you cancel in the store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow the rules of the store where you subscribed.
• PRO removes ads, unlocks the AI chat, uses a superior AI model and allows many more recommendations per day. There are daily usage limits, which we may adjust to keep the service sustainable and protected against abuse.
• PRO applies to your account on any platform, but the subscription is managed and cancelled only in the store where it was made. Subscribing in both stores results in two charges; in that case, cancel one of them in its store.
• Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it in the store.

7. Guests and content you submit

You are responsible for what you submit (username, photo, comments, messages and guest data) and declare that you have authorisation from the people whose data you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use this content only to operate the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.

8. What is not allowed

Using the app for illegal purposes; harassing or exposing other people; trying to circumvent limits, ads, subscriptions or integrity checks; automating use, scraping data or reverse engineering; overloading or attacking the service.

Zero tolerance for offensive, abusive or harassing names, usernames or photos. Anyone can report or block another person in the app (from a friend's profile, a received friend request or search). Blocking removes the friendship and makes you and the other person stop seeing each other in the app. We review reports within 24 hours and, where warranted, remove the content and ban the account.

9. Intellectual property and credits

The app, the Cine GO brand and its content are ours or licensed to us. Movie and series data comes from The Movie Database (TMDB): this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Posters and streaming brands belong to their owners.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Delete Account.

11. Liability

The app is provided as is. Subject to the consumer rights provided by law, we are not liable for choices made based on recommendations, for temporary unavailability or for third-party content (such as streaming services).

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use the app after them means accepting them.

13. Governing law and venue
