In the app

Open Cine GO and sign in to your account.

Backups are deleted within 30 days.

PRO subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel first in the store where you subscribed: on Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or on the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
